About Joseph
Joseph has 25 years’ experience in the IT and Business domains which he acquired across Africa, Europe and North America working for major consulting houses such as Deloitte, Arthur Andersen, and IBM South Africa. Joseph has a degree in IT and Business, post-graduate qualifications in Business Administration and a Fellowship Certificate from Harvard University in using IT strategically to enhance business value.
Until recently, he headed up Gartner’s Executive Programs Service Delivery Team for Africa, where the key mandate was to help Senior IT Executives explore new ways to approach critical challenges and help make decisions with confidence to achieve greater impact as Leaders.
For Joseph, the ultimate goal is progressing and embedding a culture of Innovative Thinking that enhances transformational decisions for the future successes of organisations and its employees.
