01 Feb February is Lessons Learned month

According to  Gartner¹ : “Despite more than 50 years of history and countless methodologies, advice and books, IT projects keep failing.”

This month, the Afro Ant team is looking at some of the most well-known Project failures, theories around why projects fail, and what lessons we can learn from unsuccessful projects.  Watch this space for some interesting stories, anecdotes and some advice on what to do if you are working in a Project environment.
