ROLE REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant Degree
- Prosci Certified
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 – 5 years Change Management experience
- Experience working with Agile teams, in an Agile environment
- Financial Services industry knowledge and experience, ideally long-term insurance
- Data governance, data strategy and/or transformation-related initiatives / project experience
- Proven experience delivering change management within large, complex programmes
- Strong stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and data teams
- Ability to translate data and technical concepts into business-friendly messaging and enablement
- Experience driving adoption and embedment of new ways of working
- Strong planning and execution capability, including change impact assessments, communication, and enablement delivery
- Hands on, patient and strong people skills
- Assertive with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to work on multiple projects

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and implement best practices for Change Management on the change project
- Identify and analyse the change impact for the overall project
- Develop the integrated change strategy and plan
- Establish a sponsorship plan and on-board Sponsors
- Develop the change brand
- Ensure that the communications team develops the communications plan
- Develop the Stakeholder engagement plan
- Ensure that a learning plan is developed and delivered
- Develop the team development plan
- Establish the appropriate change methodology, practices and templates
- Identify the change agent network, on-board change agents and continuously maintain the change agent network
- Execute on the change strategy and plans
- Measure the effectiveness of change interventions on a continuous basis and through the change agent network take corrective actions
- Ensure that Stakeholders execute on their roles in the change plan
- Ensure that post-go live support is available
- Identify, manage and mitigate Change Management risks and issues
