ROLE REQUIREMENTS

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Relevant Degree
  • Prosci Certified

 

EXPERIENCE:

 

  • 3 – 5 years Change Management experience
  • Experience working with Agile teams, in an Agile environment
  • Financial Services industry knowledge and experience, ideally long-term insurance
  • Data governance, data strategy and/or transformation-related initiatives / project experience
  • Proven experience delivering change management within large, complex programmes
  • Strong stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and data teams
  • Ability to translate data and technical concepts into business-friendly messaging and enablement
  • Experience driving adoption and embedment of new ways of working
  • Strong planning and execution capability, including change impact assessments, communication, and enablement delivery
  • Hands on, patient and strong people skills
  • Assertive with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to work on multiple projects

    • Establish the appropriate change methodology, practices and templates
    • Research and implement best practices for change management on the change project

    • Influence stakeholders to execute on the change plan
    • Manage an end-to-end change project that consists of one stream

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Research and implement best practices for Change Management on the change project
  • Identify and analyse the change impact for the overall project
  • Develop the integrated change strategy and plan
  • Establish a sponsorship plan and on-board Sponsors
  • Develop the change brand
  • Ensure that the communications team develops the communications plan
  • Develop the Stakeholder engagement plan
  • Ensure that a learning plan is developed and delivered
  • Develop the team development plan
  • Establish the appropriate change methodology, practices and templates
  • Identify the change agent network, on-board change agents and continuously maintain the change agent network
  • Execute on the change strategy and plans
  • Measure the effectiveness of change interventions on a continuous basis and through the change agent network take corrective actions
  • Ensure that Stakeholders execute on their roles in the change plan
  • Ensure that post-go live support is available
  • Identify, manage and mitigate Change Management risks and issues
