Role Description
  • Develop and manage the Overall Programme Plan
  • Understanding how the different recipients / projects interlink and overlap
  • Develop and implement the overall migration strategy
  • Initiating the appropriate change management across the enterprise
  • Gathering feedback and presenting insights
  • Identify and understand conflicting priorities and requirements with respect to the programme and resolve them in the appropriate forums
  • Develop a view of Recipient in-flight projects and alignment with Recipient business priorities
  • Understanding how project resource and timing requirements impact other projects across the recipients
  • Working with another PM to manage staff and resources across the programme
  • Implementing communications plan to increase awareness of programmes
  • Maintain a RAID log for the Programme
  • Reporting on programme performance to PMT and joint Steering committee
  • Provide reporting to various Governance and Board forums on the Programme
  • Managing budgets and reporting on fund allocation
  • Being the “golden thread” across the recipients to ensure alignment and realisation of benefits
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / Prince2 certification beneficial
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Formal, seasoned Programme Management experience is required
  • Financial Services experience is very much preferred
  • Strong collaboration / integration / stakeholder management skills and experience needed
  • A preference for experience in both Investments / Asset Administration / Management AND large technology implementation projects strongly preferred
