QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential:

• A relevant Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering, Management Information systems, Mathematics or equivalent field

Desired:

• Automation Certification (UiPath)

EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

• At least 3 – 5 years' experience with software development life cycle and RPA technologies (preferably UiPath) that included process reengineering and business process analysis

Desired:

• At least 2 years' experience in complex RPA and related automation development
• At least 2 – 4 years' of professional experience in programming (including scripting / coding), SQL and relational databases, JavaScript, .Net and application development

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Architecting and developing workflow based solutions or functionality
• Comfortable interacting with and influencing business stakeholders and external clients
• Database query languages
• Object oriented programming languages and scripting
• Process re-engineering and business process analysis
• Project and Change Management involving IT and UAT management
• RPA Software (e.g. BluePrism, UiPath, WorkFusion)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Web development technologies preferential
• Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies
